Job description

Sales Associate:
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot
  • Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
  • Assist management to increase sales by inspecting and understanding the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management
  • Deliver new vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department, emphasizing to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership’s service operations
  • Recognize that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and strive to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product
  • Demonstrate proper interaction with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Qualifications Needed:
  • Prior sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience providing quality customer service and sales track record
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process

Service Technician:
Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
  • ASE Certification required
  • A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

BDC Associate:
Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Parts Counterperson:
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status.
  • Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.
  • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
  • Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.
  • Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
  • Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
  • Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)
  • Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
  • Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews incoming car deals for completeness and accuracy
  • Remits payments for sold F amp;I products
  • Post manufacturer’s receivables (floor plan assistance, holdback, incentives, etc)
  • Stocks incoming vehicles into DMS
  • Maintains deal log
  • Posts journal entries in the general ledger
  • Reconciles various general ledger schedules
  • Compiles monthly schedule workbook
  • Prepares daily cashflow report
  • Assist in month-end close as assigned
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
  • Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
  • Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
  • Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
  • Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
  • Managing inventory and reordering supplies.
  • Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
