Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift – 13-Week Contract
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift: Day Shift (typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, depending on facility needs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week day shift assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care, long-term care, or clinic settings and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for travel nurses or local LPNs looking to gain experience and contribute meaningfully to patient care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs or physicians

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly

  • Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records

  • Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery

  • Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

  • Provide patient and family education and emotional support


Qualifications:
  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact license)

  • Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience (recent experience preferred)
