Job description

JOB SUMMARY
The individual will be responsible for supporting the technical demands of the site gas and/or chemical equipment.
Must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.
They will ensure compliance in operation and maintenance procedures, safety, and drive flawless execution.
The technician will be responsible for supporting over 500 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.
You will drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.
The individual will also be involved in Basic Safety Process, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.
With experience, you will also support the installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Gas Systems, precursor delivery systems, & Bulk Chemical Distribution systems.
Inexperienced and experienced will undergo comprehensive OJT and technical training and qualification programs. 5 levels of technicians offer a fast-paced promotion track. This is a career opportunity in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the technical demands of the site gas and/or chemical equipment.
Performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems.
Performing complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.
Ensuring compliance in operation and maintenance procedures, safety, and driving flawless execution.
Supporting over 500 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.
Driving a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.
Involved in Basic Safety Process, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of experience as a maintenance or equipment technician
Experience with chemicals and/or gas in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment
Navy Nuclear power school or Military mechanic trained
