Job description

Dependable CDL-A Delivery Truck Drivers Wanted

Kemps has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently. This driver will manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

It takes an incredible team to deliver the goodness of dairy and enrich our communities – come join us!

Our truck drivers for this position make:

  • $33.47 - $34.59 per hour.

Schedule: Everyone starts as a relief driver, so work days and times depend on route coverage. A work day is typically 10-12 hours. Delivery routes run regularly Monday-Saturday.

Qualifications:

  • One year related experience
  • Valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission with your Class-A CDL (not restricted)
  • 21+ years of age
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required
