Job description

Amen Air is seeking skilled quality HVAC Service technicians, with good work ethics, and moral character to join our team.

If you are a HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of service experience, looking for a good solid place to work then please apply.

Position Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, replacement, and startup of residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local codes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork
  • Replace existing systems with minimal disruption to customers
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions
  • Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation
  • Test systems for performance, airflow, and refrigerant levels
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Communicate with customers regarding installation process and system usage
  • Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on schedule
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)
  • EPA Certification (required for handling refrigerants)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Hours:

  • Work Hours Mon – Friday 8AM-5PM (WE ARE NOT A 24HOUR SERVICE COMPANY)
  • Alternating Weekend on call service (will be required Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm)

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
