Role: Full Stack Development Lead/Manager
Location: Boston MA-On-site

Roles & Responsibilities

Backend Development

  • Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Experience building scalable APIs and microservices

Frontend Development

  • Proficient in Angular
  • Experience in building responsive, enterprise-grade UI
  • Database
  • Strong in SQL Server
  • Expertise in complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • API & Architecture
  • Strong experience in RESTful services
  • Good understanding of Microservices architecture, MVC, layered design

Cloud & DevOps

  • Experience with Azure (preferred) / AWS
  • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)
  • Production Support (L3)
  • Strong debugging skills in production environments
  • Experience in incident management, RCA, and issue resolution
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (App Insights, Dynatrace)
  • KPI & Performance Engineering
  • Experience managing MTTR, uptime, defect leakage, release stability

  • Ability to interpret metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders (business, product, QA, DevOps, leadership)
  • Ability to drive onshore-offshore coordination and align distributed teams
  • Experience handling client escalations and driving resolution with ownership
