Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform alignments on commercial trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using alignment equipment.
  • Inspect suspension, steering, and related systems for wear or damage.
  • Diagnose and recommend corrective measures for handling, tire wear, and alignment issues.
  • Install and adjust steering and suspension components as needed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and update work orders in the system.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with service writers, customers, and other technicians regarding service needs and completion timelines.
  • Assist with other mechanical or tire-related work as required.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Skills / Education / Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Requested minimum experience- 2 years
  • Knowledge of alignment equipment and specifications.
  • Ability to lift/move tires and parts weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime maybe required.
