Job description

The Alignment Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and correcting vechicle wheel alignment and suspension issues to insure safe handling, proper tire wear and optimal vechicle performance


Perform four wheel and front end alignments using computerized alignment equipment

Inspect steering, suspension and breaking components

Diagnose alignment and suspension related problems

Adjust camber, caster, and toe angles according to manfacturer specifications

Recommend necessary repairs or replacement of worn parts

Perform road tests before and after alignment services

Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers or service advisors

Follow all workplace safety procedures and keep the work area clean
