Description:

Responsible for overseeing the organizationโ€™s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives. This role coordinates projects and supports both strategic planning and day-to-day operations of IT systems.

Position works closely with other IT team members along with external vendors to provide high-quality products and high-level of customer service to the end-user community. Duties and technical issues may sometimes require extended work hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

ยท Lead and manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management

ยท Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and help desk support

ยท Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices

ยท Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with industry standards

ยท Manage IT projects from planning through execution (system upgrades, new implementations, etc.)

ยท Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support IT needs

ยท Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
