Position: Regional Training Liaison

Position Summary 

The Regional Training Liaison is responsible for supporting and overseeing pre-service trainers to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality training programs. This includes providing guidance, conducting quality assessments, developing training materials, and enhancing the professional growth of trainers. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to meet organizational goals and training compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with pre-service trainers to provide guidance, observe training sessions, and address individual needs.  Facilitate at least one training event per month and deliver workshops to enhance trainer skills.
Support new trainees for the first three months post-training and provide on-site assistance during assessment weeks.
Analyze training data to identify gaps, implement improvement strategies, and ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with training managers to review and update materials, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
Coordinate logistics for training events, maintain accurate trainer rosters, and participate in contract oversight meetings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred).  Minimum of [Insert number] years of experience in training or program coordination, preferably within child welfare or a related field.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and quality improvement practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
