International Account Executive

The International Account Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding UPS's international services through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution‑based selling. This role collaborates with Domestic Business Development and Customer Success teams, Customer Solutions, and other internal teams to develop account strategies, analyze market trends, and position UPS solutions competitively. The position requires strong business acumen, logistics expertise, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including artificial intelligence.
    • Generate new leads via cold calling, networking, and outreach methods.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Research existing UPS account history to prioritize top targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
    • Define and document account strategies; evaluate key financial indicators to establish objectives.
  • Value Analysis and Presentation

    • Analyze price quotes for accuracy and position solutions effectively.
  • Negotiation and Closing

  • Collaboration and Support

  • Qualifications

    • Proven track record in B2B sales and new business acquisition.
