Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Organic Social Media Manager at Nurp, you will be responsible for owning, growing, and operating our organic presence across every major platform, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Facebook. This role is ideal for a hands-on, metrics-driven marketer who will build distinct, platform-native content engines, craft compelling multi-format content, manage active communities, and directly connect organic engagement to pipeline revenue.

The Organic Social Media Manager serves as a key brand and growth driver for the Company and is expected to manage Nurp’s digital footprint with creativity, discipline, and strong attention to compliance. You will develop monthly strategies, establish operational workflows with our internal content team, maintain daily community management, build analytics dashboards, and ensure every piece of content meets strict financial marketing standards.

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity best suited for an adaptable, highly accountable individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and prefers executing work directly over high-level delegation.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Nurp builds smart trading algorithms that help people trade more effectively across multiple markets, including FX, Commodities and Crypto. We’re reshaping the way people invest by using powerful, data-driven technology instead of outdated methods. At Nurp, we’re focused on growth, both in the markets we serve and in the people we hire. This is a place for driven, results-oriented individuals who want to take ownership, learn quickly, and make an impact. You’ll work alongside a talented team, contribute to meaningful projects, and help shape the future of algorithmic trading. We move fast and wear many hats, creating constant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Content Strategy & Platform Pillars: Develop distinct, platform-native content pillars and maintain an individualized voice for each channel rather than cross-posting identical content. Map monthly calendars at least two weeks ahead to product updates, team interviews, client testimonials, webinars, and market events.

  • Publishing Cadence: Maintain a consistent baseline publishing rhythm of 4 to 5 short-form videos per week across Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, 3 to 4 LinkedIn and X posts per week, and daily stories or community touchpoints, continuously adjusting frequency based on performance data.

  • Content Creation & Repurposing: Establish a formal request cadence and operational workflow with our in-house content team to obtain raw materials. Slice webinars, YouTube videos, and customer interviews into platform-native clips while writing direct, credible copy in Nurp's voice.

  • Community Management: Oversee daily community interactions by responding to comments and DMs across all platforms within 24 hours, while proactively engaging with relevant creators in the trading and investing space.

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Build and maintain a weekly performance dashboard tracking reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video completion, link clicks, qualified leads, booked calls, and sales attributed to organic social.

  • UTM & Attribution Management: Own UTM creation, management, and auditing across all published links using standard naming conventions and shared tracking tools to protect attribution integrity. Untagged or inconsistently tagged links break reporting and are non-negotiable.

  • Prescriptive Reporting: Deliver a monthly report to marketing leadership explicitly detailing: what worked, what underperformed and why, what will change next month, and data-backed recommendations for upcoming content experiments.

  • Issue Escalation: Rapidly flag and escalate negative sentiment, misinformation, or impersonation/scam accounts following established risk protocols.

  • Compliance Adherence: Apply financial-marketing compliance guardrails to every post, ensuring zero promises of guaranteed returns, accurate performance language, and proper risk disclosures.

  • 30-Day Deliverables: Complete a full audit of all seven channels with a written "Keep, Kill, and Start" assessment; establish the baseline performance dashboard; publish the first forward-looking monthly content calendar; evaluate and organize existing content libraries; work with IT to evaluate current UTM usage and deliver formal recommendations for improvement; and establish a structured request cadence with the content team.

  • 60-Day Deliverables: Achieve a full publishing cadence live on every platform, meet the 24-hour community response SLA consistently, deliver the first monthly analysis report (including at least three data-backed experiments), and meet all expected monthly performance KPIs (reach, follower growth, leads, and booked calls).

KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Ability to develop distinct content strategies, platform-native voices, and non-repetitive content pillars tailored to individual social platforms.

  • Strong end-to-end video production and editing skills for short-form video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

  • Deep understanding of platform-native algorithms, trends, and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Facebook.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write direct, human, and non-hype-driven copy.

  • Strong organizational and system-building skills to manage forward-looking content calendars, asset pipelines, and content team request workflows.

  • Analytical fluency with the ability to interpret full-funnel metrics (from top-of-funnel reach down to booked calls and closed revenue) and maintain strict UTM attribution.

  • High integrity and attention to detail when operating under compliance-heavy and regulated industry frameworks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on organic social media management experience for a brand (in-house or agency) with documented examples of channel growth and measurable contribution to leads, pipeline, or revenue.

  • Demonstrated track record of editing, scripting, and producing high-performing short-form video assets independently.

  • Working fluently with platform analytics platforms (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics) to measure full-funnel pipeline, including lead opt-ins and booked calls.

  • Preferred experience in finance, investing, fintech, trading, or another heavily regulated industry.

  • Preferred experience growing YouTube channels across both long-form and Shorts formats.

  • Proficiency with social media and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Claude, UTM managers, and social listening/scheduling software.

BENEFITS
  • 100% Remote work.

  • Health insurance.

  • Dental insurance.

  • Vision Insurance.

  • Voluntary Life Insurance.

  • Paid Time Off.

  • Opportunities for professional development and training.

  • Access to our product and services at significant discounts and, in some instances, free
