They are seeking a Product Manager for their core Fix Experience to shape how clients discover and evolve their personal style, driving significant business impact and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Drive Massive Business Impact: Take on a tremendous responsibility for our largest and most critical business unit. The innovation, features, and improvements you launch here will have a direct, significant impact on Stitch Fix's overall company performance. Delivering measurable results at this scale is key.
• Define the Vision & Strategy: Create a compelling strategic narrative, product strategy, and release plan spanning both immediate quarterly goals and a 1-3 year time horizon.
• Drive Execution with Velocity: Move with high urgency to champion innovative product ideas, taking them from zero to one through deep discovery, customer interviews, prototyping, and rapid iteration. You will adeptly balance investments across breakthrough innovation, core feature improvements, and foundational technical excellence.
• Manage a Dynamic Portfolio: Balance and deliver on a large, complex portfolio of multiple workstreams, products, and simultaneous feature launches.
• Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster tight collaboration across Design, Algorithms, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operational teams to build solutions that exceed client expectations and drive business growth.
• Elevate the Product Culture: Work collaboratively across the broader group of Product Managers to foster and act as a role model for a high-performance, inclusive culture. You will actively coach and mentor peers, consistently identifying opportunities to uplevel the product discipline and practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong track record of building and scaling subscription-based products, leveraging recommendation systems and personalization to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline (MBA is a plus).
• Excel at ruthless prioritization, driven by a deep understanding of the client and our business model.
• Adept at estimating impact—knowing exactly what is worth building and when to build it.
• Managing complex teams, interconnected systems, and competing stakeholder objectives to maximize team impact.
• Easily extract actionable insights from competing data sources.
• Defining A/B experiments and leveraging statistical data to guide go-forward opportunities.
• Well-versed in Agile methodologies.
• Build strong relationships, empower diverse perspectives, and effectively communicate business cases and roadmaps to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
