Monday 9a -5p

Tuesday 9a -6p

Wed 10a -5p

Thur 9a -4p

Fri 8a -12p

What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services in an outpatient clinic
• Perform a full scope of dental procedures including exams, restorative work, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Illinois dental license
• Prior dental experience required
