Job description

The Barback will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

  • Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for all player card levels.

  • Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.

  • Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.

  • Completes all shift side work requirements.

  • Continuously maintains an organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Alcohol Awareness card required

  • Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience is preferred.

  • Able to learn how to prepare and serve various alcoholic beverages.

  • Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.

  • Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.

  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

  • Able to speak and understand English.
