Now Hiring: Wine Sales Representative
Frank Beverage Group is looking for a passionate, driven Wine Sales Representative to join our Middleton, WI team! In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships, grow sales within your territory, and represent an exciting portfolio of wine brands. Working alongside your manager, you'll develop strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, and help customers find the right products to grow their business while achieving your own sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned on- and/or off-premise customer accounts through regularly scheduled sales calls.
  • Grow sales by securing new distribution, introducing new products, and executing promotions and sales initiatives.
  • Manage customer orders, inventory levels, pricing, surveys, route goals, and reporting using company systems.
  • Monitor customer inventory, product rotation, seasonal needs, and merchandising opportunities to maximize sales and product availability.
  • Merchandise products, build displays, stock shelves, refill cold boxes, and maintain point-of-sale materials in accordance with company and supplier standards (Off-Premise).
  • Conduct product and staff trainings, install promotional materials, and support menu and permanent signage initiatives (On-Premise).
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective planning, execution, and regular progress reviews with management.
  • Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio, industry trends, pricing, and competitive activity to provide value to customers.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers, delivery drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Complete required reports, pre-plans, surveys, and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Participate in sales meetings, supplier work-withs, training opportunities, and community or customer events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Mentor and assist with the training of new team members as needed.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required;
