Summary:
As our Delivery Driver you'll be the face of Big Red in your community. If you have superior customer service & like to drive, we'd love to hear from you! A normal day on the job can consist of various deliveries, it's like Uber Eats or Door Dash, but with alcohol! Upon arriving at the customer's location, drivers are responsible for checking their ID while giving our loyal customers the best interaction possible. Our dedicated drivers receive an hourly rate, keep all their tips, & mileage reimbursement. If deliveries ever slow down, our driver's work in tandem with our in-store team providing guests with superior customer service.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Practice Responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, regarding ID verification as well as any specific Delivery System ID Technology required.
  • Thoroughly review orders before and after each delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner
  • Follow all transportation and parking laws
  • Ability to operate our Delivery System via office computer
  • Strong commitment to provide customers with an excellent experience
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  • Prepare mileage & tip reports relating to deliveries.

Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable Driving Record via MVR ran by TWG BRL, LLC's Liability Insurance Company to be added to the insurance umbrella as a means for supplemental insurance.
  • Ability to provide current driver's insurance
  • Ability to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit
  • Ability to maintain an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly needed to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store
  • Ability to move less than 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, using a dolly when needed to ensure safety
  • Must be able to perform duties without continuous supervision

Travel:
  • Frequent travel is expected for this position
