Job Description
Summary/objective
Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 124 years ago. Buffalo Rock manages the best beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Buffalo Rock Company's alcoholic beverage portfolio in various marketing and promotional activities. The primary responsibility will be to engage with consumers, promote a brand's story, and encourage sales through events, tastings, and social media interactions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beer and the beverage industry, and enjoys engaging with people in an energetic, fun environment.
The Alcohol Brand Ambassador will host promotional demos at bars/liquor, grocery, and convenience stores (approximately 4 hours each, which includes set up and breakdown). Ambassadors will also have the opportunity to work local events and festivals as available.
Essential functions

• Must be able to travel throughout the assigned region (Georgia - Newnan, Columbus and Albany).
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends when events and tastings are scheduled (typically Thursday - Sunday).
• Actively represent and promote the alcoholic beverage portfolio at various retailers, events, festivals, and bars to increase visibility and consumer engagement.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Interact with customers to create excitement and inform them about the product's features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Organize and participate in tastings, product samplings, and giveaways to increase product trials.
o This includes planning and coordination of the event with the customer, the Corporate Director of Alcohol Sales and Strategic Partnerships and the local franchise. Additionally, set up and break down of the event, and regular maintenance of sampling materials (table or booth set up, premiums, cups, etc.).
• Track and report on the effectiveness of events and promotional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Weekly status calls, communications and coordination with the Corporate Director of Alcohol Sales and Strategic Partnerships.
• Share brand-related content across social media platforms, creating organic engagement and fostering a positive image of the brand.
• Provide feedback to the brand's marketing and sales teams on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Assist in promoting sales through various partnerships with bars, restaurants, and retail outlets.
• Educate consumers on beer styles, brewing techniques, and the brand's history.
• Present a strong enthusiasm for beer and the beverage industry, with knowledge of the local beer and beverage scene.
