About the Role
The AI Solutions Specialist - Law, HR and Government & Community Relations will help our Law, Human Resources, and Government & Community Relations teams identify, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions that streamline work, improve efficiency, and enhance business outcomes in their departments.
The ideal candidate combines experience working within or alongside Law, HR and/or Government & Community Relations functions with strong knowledge of AI technologies, process improvement methodologies, and knowledge management practices. This person will serve as a trusted advisor, helping business teams identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, accelerate workflows, and increase productivity then working with Technology teams to design, test and scale new tools, workflow and systems.
What you'll do:
Business Process Analysis & AI Enablement
  • Partner directly with Legal, HR, and Government & Community Relations teams to understand their business processes, challenges, and operational priorities.
  • Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or enhance work through AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate business needs into practical AI use cases that deliver measurable value.
  • Facilitate process discovery sessions, workflow mapping exercises, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Identify repetitive, document-intensive, research-heavy, or administrative tasks that can benefit from AI assistance.
  • Regularly communicate project updates and key findings to business partners.

AI Solution Development & Implementation
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and solutions that align with departmental needs and business objectives.
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled workflows, tool development and process improvements.
  • Partner with Information Technology teams to implement solutions while ensuring alignment with governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate on pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate business value.
  • Track outcomes and measure improvements in efficiency, quality, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Create enablement resources, as well as provide ongoing support to employees with incorporating AI tools into their work.

You have these skills:
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot, M365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Power Platform, workflow automation tools, or enterprise AI platforms.
  • Understanding of AI use cases in business operations and productivity.
  • Experience with productivity software, collaboration tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong initiative and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

And these qualifications:
  • Three (3) or more years of experience working in, supporting, or consulting with Law, Human Resources, Compliance, Government & Community Relations or similar business functions.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing business processes and implementing operational improvements.
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.

Extra credit if you have:
  • Personal or professional coding or tech-related experience.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who is open to experimentation, iteration and brainstorming multiple approaches to complex problems.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Exposure to change management methodologies or involvement in training support.

The annual salary range is posted for this position in California. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
