Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Core Sales Representative to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clients
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems
  • Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

    Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
