What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a financial institution location.
  • Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining accurate visitor records, and directing guests appropriately.
  • Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and applicable alarm or communication systems, reporting unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Maintain a professional front-desk presence, communicate clearly with building personnel, and document incidents and/or daily activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
