Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly upon arrival, understand their vehicle's needs, and create accurate service orders.

Effectively communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and associated costs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Build trust and rapport with customers by providing honest assessments and recommendations.

Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of vehicles through the service department.

Coordinate with automotive technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repair work.

Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.


Requirements

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple customer requests and vehicle statuses simultaneously.

Familiarity with automotive shop management software.

A genuine passion for customer service and building lasting relationships.
