Automotive Service Advisor

Looking for more than just a job?
At Al's Certified Auto Repair, we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and making a difference every day. If you're a strong communicator who takes pride in providing exceptional service, we'd like to meet you.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay.
  • Medical Insurance.
  • Matching IRA Retirement Plan.
  • Paid Vacation.
  • Six Paid Holidays.
  • Employee Discounts.
  • Ongoing Paid Training and Professional Development.
  • A clean, professional, team-oriented work environment.
  • Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth.
  • A locally owned business that values honesty, integrity, and teamwork.

About the Position:
As our Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our company. You'll greet customers, listen to their concerns, explain repair and maintenance recommendations from our certified technicians, and help them make informed decisions about caring for their vehicles.
Success in this position comes from building trust, communicating clearly, and creating an outstanding customer experience. Our goal is never to sell customers something they don't need—it's to help them understand what their vehicle needs and why, so they can make confident purchase decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and ask the right questions.
  • Present technician recommendations in a clear, honest, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and discuss repair options.
  • Help customers prioritize repairs based on safety, reliability, and their budget.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Work closely with our technicians to deliver exceptional service.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that earn repeat business and referrals.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Naturally connects with people and enjoys helping others.
  • Is confident asking for the business after explaining the value of our services.
  • Builds trust through honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping customers informed.
  • Is goal-oriented and enjoys contributing to a successful team.
  • Has customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience. Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

If you're looking for a career where integrity matters, customers appreciate your work, and your success is rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.

Al's Certified Auto Repair.
