About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an Assisted Living (AL) setting plays a critical role in providing compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position involves assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while also monitoring their health status and reporting any changes to nursing staff. The CNA AL serves as a vital link between residents and the healthcare team, fostering a supportive environment that promotes dignity and independence. Through effective communication and empathy, the CNA helps to create a positive living experience for residents in the assisted living community. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in the state of employment.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
