Department: Admissions / Retail Operations
Employment Type: Part-Time / Weekend
Pay: $16.90 per hour
Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashiers. Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting guests with admissions, equipment rentals, merchandise sales, food purchases, and general park information. No prior experience is required-we provide training.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process admissions, rentals, retail purchases, and food orders accurately
  • Answer customer questions regarding pricing, packages, park rules, and events
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and refer issues to management when needed
  • Promote memberships, specials, and park offerings when appropriate

Cash Handling & Point of Sale
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
  • Balance cash drawer and follow all cash handling procedures
  • Verify waivers, memberships, and other required documentation when applicable
  • Maintain accurate transaction records

Park Operations & Team Support
  • Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Restock retail merchandise, snacks, and beverages as needed
  • Work closely with Rentals, Referees, and Managers to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Assist with general park duties as assigned
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers

Qualifications
Required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
