Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Transports guests to and from predetermined airport locations while providing excellent customer service and abiding by all traffic laws.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Transport guest to and from airport locations in a safe manner
  • Transport guests to and from on-property and off-property locations
  • Assist guest with Luggage
  • Assist guest to their accommodations
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Abide by all traffic laws.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Certificate(s) or License(s): Valid Driver's License Class D with a passenger endorsement issued by the state of Arkansas or Valid Driver's License Class E issued by the state of MO. Class A or B CDL With a Passenger Endorsement a plus.
  • Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Years of experience: 2+
  • Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Safe Driving
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • N/A

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly walks, sits, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs.

Seldom/Never does computer work.

Additional Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to load and unload guest luggage.

Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments.
