General Assembly Bristol, IN (Main)
Regular Employee Hourly Non-Exempt $22.00 - 22.00
What you'll do:
Proficient in reading and writing English
Responsible for installing truck bodies and assembling components while supporting production goals and quality standards.
  • Assemble or install truck body and van components using hand and power tools
  • Rotate across workstations and support team-based production
  • Follow work orders and safety standards to meet quality and performance targets
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S/Lean initiatives
  • Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed

What you need to be successful:
  • High School Diploma or GED; valid driver's license required
  • 12+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive/RV/boat industry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, reaching)
  • Skilled in using air/power tools and reading tape measures to 1/16"

Additional Information:
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Strong attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail required
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Must have valid driver's license
