What you'll do

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting,  or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 5 years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP, or similar methodologies
  • 3 years of experience leading projects or teams, either formally or informally

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • Airline industry experience, including business process and supporting technology

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Experience in managing, supporting, and delivering 'mission-critical' projects/migrations
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects/work streams and demands efficiently
  • Experience in leading a team of individuals with various levels of skills and experience in potentially high stress and challenging situations
  • Leads, influences, and upholds technology standards to ensure resiliency goals are met and continuously improved upon
  • Excellent communication skills to present to executive management and emphasize the intersection of business and technology
  • Delivery leadership in an Agile environment: Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
  • Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment and leverage best practices
  • Working knowledge and experience in a technical environment
  • Experience managing financial budgets a plus
