What is an airline representative?

An Airline Representative is a professional who acts as the main point of contact between an airline and its passengers, partners, or airport authorities. Their responsibilities typically include assisting customers with ticketing, check-in, boarding, flight information, and resolving any issues that may arise during travel. They also help ensure that airline procedures and safety regulations are followed at the airport. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, as representatives often handle inquiries and complaints. Airline Representatives play a crucial role in creating a positive travel experience for passengers.
