We are launching service between Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) and the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), allowing passengers to check in and transfer luggage seamlessly between our vehicles and partner flights.

The Role:

In this role, safety on the tarmac is your first priority. You will lead daily ramp operations, enforce AOA driving and marshaling procedures, and build a safety-first culture in one of the most high-risk, high-traffic environments in transportation. Our station operates within a secured airport environment, and the Escort Driver Supervisor is accountable for the team's compliance with TSA, FAA, and airport security requirements. You'll complete Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) training, manage SIDA badge access, oversee procedures, and ensure your drivers complete and maintain their own security training and credentials, serving as the escalation point for any safety incident or security discrepancy.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee airside and ramp operations at our SFO station, which begins daily operations at approximately6:00 AM
  • Hire, train, and evaluate Airport Escort Drivers and maintain standard operating procedures for all team members
  • Enforce AOA driving, marshaling, and vehicle escort procedures, and lead a safety-first culture on the tarmac
  • Ensure team compliance with TSA, FAA, and airport security requirements, including SIDA badging and security training
  • Oversee procedures, and serve as the escalation point for safety incidents and security discrepancies
  • Perform Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) functions when needed
  • Clearly communicate company and operational performance standards to team members and drive achievement
  • Ensure alignment between the SFO team, the STS station, and partner airline staff
  • Effectively communicate goals, opportunities, and challenges to company leadership
  • Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency via ADP
  • Maintain company vehicles and property to standards
  • Represent the Landline brand and model our safety-first principles
  • Resolve escalated passenger and operational issues
  • All other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 years of management experience in an operationally intensive, shift-based business
  • Previous commercial aviation or ground transportation experience, preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to carry out safety-sensitive Ground Security Coordinator functions when needed
  • Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety procedures in a high-traffic ramp environment
  • Well-developed leadership skills with proven success motivating teams
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor
  • Availability for shifts starting around 5:00 AM, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs

This is a Safety-Sensitive Position subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA guidelines:

  • Applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to comply with company security requirements
  • Applicants must successfully complete FAA criminal background checks to qualify for access privileges to the airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)

Shift:
This operation runs 7 days a week, including holidays, with shifts starting at 4:00 AM until around 9:00 PM.
