The Role

You'll work directly with the founders team to shape the early design, architecture, and testing heavy-lift UAS platform. As a senior technical leader, you'll help define propulsion systems, airframe architecture, power modeling, and core systems engineering decisions that move us from concept to prototype and beyond.

Your experience will directly influence the technical direction and foundation of the platform from day one.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in El Paso, Texas.

We're assembling a small, highly capable team built on ownership, trust, and real innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of aerospace engineering or UAS industry experience

  • Background in aerospace, mechanical, or UAS engineering

  • Experience with airframe design, propulsion systems, or heavy-lift aircraft platforms

  • Experience with hybrid propulsion or power modeling

  • Strong systems-level thinking and hands-on engineering capability

  • Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset - comfortable building from the ground up and solving problems without a defined playbook

  • Startup mindset: self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in early-stage environments
