Requisitos
Grado asociado o tecnico en Refrigeracion, Mecanica Industrial o campo relacionado.
Licencia vigente de Tecnico de Refrigeracion (requerida).
Experiencia
Entre 2 a 5 anos de experiencia en mantenimiento de sistemas de refrigeracion
industrial y/o comercial.
Conocimientos y habilidades
Conocimiento en sistemas HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and 
Refrigeration), controles electricos y lectura de diagramas.
Manejo de herramientas y equipos de diagnostico.
Conocimiento de normas de seguridad (OSHA, PROSHA).
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
Habilidad para el analisis y solucion de problemas tecnicos.
Manejo de dispositivos electronicos (celular, computadora)

Responsabilidades principales
Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos de refrigeracion y aire
acondicionado.
Diagnosticar fallas en sistemas mecanicos, electricos y de control asociados a equipos de
refrigeracion.
Realizar reparaciones en compresores, condensadores, evaporadores, sistemas de 
tuberias y controles electricos.
Monitorear el desempeno de los equipos para asegurar su funcionamiento optimo y
eficiencia energetica.
Manejar y recuperar refrigerantes conforme a las regulaciones ambientales y de
seguridad.
Mantener registros precisos de mantenimiento, reparaciones y piezas utilizadas.
Cumplir con normas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y procedimientos internos.
Coordinar con otros tecnicos, supervisores o contratistas cuando sea necesario.
Responder a emergencias operacionales durante el turno asignado.
Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua en mantenimiento y confiabilidad de equipos.
