Position Summary
Senior level technical services role supporting equipment maintenance, new equipment integration, facility engineering work, and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Develop, optimize, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve reliability
  • Analyze equipment performance data and lead root cause investigations to resolve recurring failures
  • Provide technical support and training to technicians and operators on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and operations, to ensure equipment meets operational requirements
  • Lead facility and equipment projects from scope development through execution and commissioning
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to equipment performance and facility systems
  • Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements
  • Document engineering activities, maintenance strategies, and project updates in CMMS and related systems

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience
  • 3+ years of experience in equipment, facilities, or manufacturing roles (or equivalent hands-on technical experience)
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance program development
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience (optics/coatings/CNC preferred for your site)
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
  • Reliability engineering exposure

The range for this position is $71,139.00 - $97,817.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
