Job description

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – MedevacResponsibilities
  • Perform line and heavy maintenance on medevac aircraft.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft systems and components.
  • Complete pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to assess aircraft structure and system performance.
  • Accurately document maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to support flight readiness.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
  • Follow all safety procedures when handling fuels, oils, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
  • Support additional maintenance activities as required.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience on King Air, Citation 560, PC-12, PC-24, or similar aircraft.
  • AME M1 or M2 license.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for mechanical and avionics systems.
  • Experience with line maintenance, inspections, repairs, and heavy maintenance.
  • Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records.

Work Schedule & Environment
  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule.
  • 12-hour shifts (days, evenings, and potential nights).
  • Accommodation, travel and per diem included
  • Work in hangars, on ramps, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Regular lifting, climbing, standing, and handling of aircraft maintenance equipment and materials.

This is a Contract position based out of Winnipeg, MB.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
