  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and quality standards for every job
  • Work efficiently with your team to complete jobs on time and to standard
  • Maintain safe work practices around aircraft, ramps, hangars, and equipment (including proper PPE)
  • Represent the company with professionalism and discretion at client sites and airports
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure; properly store supplies and equipment
  • Document work as required (e.g., before/after photos, job notes, service checklists)

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while also supporting a team
  • Comfortable following SOPs, using checklists, and receiving coaching/feedback
  • Professional communication and respectful conduct around high-end clients and airport partners
  • Valid driver’s license; able to work on-site at airports/FBOs (and obtain access/badging if required)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights (ladders/platforms), kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights/overnights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in detailing, aviation, automotive, hospitality, or other high-touch service environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with buffing & polishing, paint correction, or interior extraction equipment
  • Prior experience working around aircraft or in airport environments
  • Familiarity with following SOPs
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices

Training & Support: Comprehensive in-person training to ensure full mastery of operational and FAA-compliance standards.

FAA Compliance: This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in accordance with federal regulations. All applicants must comply with the company’s Drug-Free Policy and be willing to undergo testing upon hire.

Schedule:

  • Total hours per week will vary
  • Primarily Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed
  • Schedule will vary based on aircraft availability, flight schedules, and client needs
  • Night/overnight shifts required at times (on-call coverage)
