Der Standort Bremen, der nach Hamburg der zweitgrößte in Deutschland ist, beherbergt rund 3.200 Beschäftigte, die in den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion, Programmmanagement und Finanzen tätig sind.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir Sie im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Aircraft Manager (m/w/d) Airbus am Standort Bremen.

Die Stelle wird in Vollzeit mit einer 35-Stunden-Woche angeboten.

DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Verantwortung als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Wing Equipping, Final Assembly Line (FAL) Toulouse und dem Airbus-Standort Broughton (BRO) für alle Übergabethemen der Tragflächen
  • Abstimmung und Verhandlung von Handover-Zielen und Qualitätskriterien (Q-Gates) mit der FAL Toulouse (Q-Gate H) sowie dem Standort Broughton (Q-Gate S)
  • Steuerung von Störungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit besonderem Fokus auf Flugzeuge kurz vor der Übergabe sowie auf Lieferantenprobleme mit Auswirkungen auf offene Arbeiten
  • Proaktive Identifikation, Bewertung und Abstimmung von Risiken mit Einfluss auf Übergabetermine und Produktionspläne
  • Koordination der beteiligten Fachbereiche, Werke und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Material- und Informationsflusses
  • Überwachung und Unterstützung der Handover-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Prozessanforderungen
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Ingenieurwesen oder eines technischen Studiengangs
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau sowie mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Interface Management und 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Produktions- und Übergabeprozessen im Luftfahrtumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement, Grundkenntnisse im Risk Management sowie in Total Quality Management (TQM) / Problemlösungsmethoden
  • Gute Kenntnisse der zivilen Luftfahrtdokumentation (Civil Aviation Documentation)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im wöchentlichen Wechsel zwischen Früh- und Spätschicht sowie anteilig in der Nachtschicht
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
