Description
Pilatus is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Technical Support to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing front line maintenance technical support to Service Centers and operators of Pilatus business aircraft. You will serve as a subject matter expert in identifying and resolving maintenance technical issues and providing feedback to customers. A successful person in this position will act as a liaison between operators, service facilities, vendors, and Pilatus to return aircraft to service in a most expeditious manner. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Provides maintenance technical assistance in person, over the telephone, e-mail, and online portal
  • Advises and supports customer or other personnel in aircraft technical needs
  • Records customer technical issues and maintains accurate support database
  • Participates in 24/7/365 technical support coverage on scheduled rotation
  • Identifies product improvement opportunities and communicates them appropriately

Other Duties/Responsibilities
  • Reviews all publications (AMM, IPC, POH, SB) for technical accuracy
  • Submits publication corrections and additions to Pilatus for review and implementation
  • Assists various Pilatus departments as requested and/or required by company procedures
  • Assists with Maintenance Training class instruction
  • Provides technical expertise for warranty and CrystalCare claims processing
  • Participates in trade shows and demo tours

Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
  • FAA A&P or other equivalent CAA license required, IA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in aviation required
  • Minimum 1 years of Pilatus aircraft knowledge and turbine engine maintenance experience preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Team oriented and self-motivated; capable of handling multiple, simultaneous projects and tasks
  • Professional manner and excellent oral/written communication skills essential
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional software
  • Ability to travel on short notice (~10%, up to 2 weeks at a time), both domestically and internationally

The salary range for this position is $78,500 - $105,975 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
