Position Summary
The Field Technical Representative (FTR) role exists to support company aircraft in performing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Gulfstream G-IV aircraft assigned to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft, ensuring aircraft is available for customer flight missions
  • Maintain company aircraft and equipment to the highest standard
  • Manage daily tasks independently to accomplish job responsibilities
  • Communicate critical information to Maintenance Control and Operations Manager
  • Act as a customer service representative with tasks as requested by management
  • Assist pilots with aircraft servicing and pre-/post-flight activities
  • Establish relationships with other service providers at each location the plane is stationed
  • Maintain parts inventory and coordinate with Dynamic Aviation Logistics personnel
  • Book own travel per company policy
  • May be required to assist other business segments with maintenance services
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • FAA A&P certificate
  • 1 year of Gulfstream G-IV (or similar) maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to travel away from home location for approximately 40 days on a rotational basis according to customer needs and make travel arrangements on short term notice for movement from one location to another
  • Computer skills including email and submission of detail maintenance and flight information
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good teamwork, strong initiative, communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA IA
  • Formal training on G-IV

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, and predominantly work in enclosed hangars, occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heights
  • Possess and maintain a valid passport

Pay Band: $26.92-$37.67. Starting pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity, and typically falls between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
