[About the Role]
Join a dynamic team in Trumbull, CT as an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Engineer. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates passionate about aviation who are eager to start or advance their career in aircraft maintenance. You will gain valuable hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing key aircraft systems with full training provided for the right candidate. Work in a collaborative environment focused on safety, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
[Responsibilities]
- Accurately create and complete jobs in maintenance data collection systems
- Adhere to all technical orders, manuals, ground operating procedures, and operational instructions
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of landing gear, flight controls, and hydraulic systems at the organizational maintenance level
- Ensure all maintenance performed on assigned components meets strict safety and quality standards
- Participate in set-up activities and assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies and support equipment
- Follow depot-level maintenance, servicing, and component cannibalization processes as needed

- Aircraft maintenance and repair

- 15 years' experience in aircraft maintenance or relevant field
