Job description

Job Description: Aircraft Retrofit Certification Engineer
Job Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: W2 Contract, 40 hours per week
Job Description:
Support multiple aircraft interior retrofit and entry-into-service programs by executing certification engineering activities within an ODA environment. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing STC packages, assessing aircraft drawings and substantiation documentation, and supporting aircraft acceptance and compliance verification. The role involves hands-on involvement in large transport category aircraft interior modifications, ensuring compliance with FAA Part 25 requirements and supporting ODA certification processes across retrofit and new aircraft programs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum BS is Engineering discipline from an accredited college/university. 3-5+ years of experience in aircraft certification engineering, with a strong knowledge of FAA Part 25 requirements and ODA processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in aircraft interior modifications, drawing review, and STC development for large transport category aircraft.
