Service Tech Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency repair requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Install Tech Responsibilities:

  • You’ll remove, install, and start-up new HVAC systems, including ductwork.
  • You’ll work with several departments to continually improve the process and flow of information, as well as to provide timely and accurate installation.
  • You’ll analyze work orders, provide excellent customer service, follow a daily travel schedule, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems.
  • You’ll request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each installation job.
  • Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HVAC repairs 3+years required
  • Annual revenue of $500k +
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work an On-Call rotation
  • EPA certification
  • Valid DL and insurable
