Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams in the field
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to installers as needed
  • Monitor installation productivity, efficiency, and workmanship
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new installation team members
  • Perform quality control inspections and address installation deficiencies promptly
  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor inventory usage and equipment accountability within assigned teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation performance and quality
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising installation teams preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards
  • Valid driver's license required (must be at least 21 years old per company policy)
