This is a part-time, twelve-month Clerk position (29 hours or less per week) supporting Dover Air Force Base Campus Schools, including Dover Air Force Base Middle School and Welch Elementary School.
Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for this position as he/she will be interacting with students, parents/guardians, and other school district personnel on a regular basis. Candidate should have knowledge of keyboarding, computer programs, and general office skills. School experience preferred.
SALARY: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
  • All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
  • Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
