Job Summary:We are seeking a Filter Changer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to replace, clean, and maintain filters in various systems to ensure optimal performance. Company provides vehicle for route, gas card, work uniforms, and company phone. Must be willing to travel and overnight stay may be required sometimes. Company provides room and per diem when overnight travel is required.Duties:- Replace air filters within school systems, industries, and chain stores.- Clean filters to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.- Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.- Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling filters and working on equipment.Skills:- Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.-Knowledge of how to use basic tools (screwdriver, etc...)- Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16-$19/hourExpected hours: 40 - 60 per weekBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeSupplemental Pay:Bonus opportunitiesWork Location: In person A successful background check is required for this role.
