Job description

We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team!

You will service, repair, and install heating and air conditioning systems.


Compensation:

$18-$50 per hour, depending on your skill level and experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
  • Perform HVAC system removals and replacements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain service vehicles in top condition
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed on each job


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
  • Technical training or certification in HVAC systems
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field


Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to work Saturdays and overtime during peak season
