HVAC Specialist – Service, Repair, Sales & Install
Location: Kennesaw, GA | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits

Weather Masters of Georgia is looking for an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Specialist to join our growing team! We’re a family-owned business that takes pride in quality work and treating customers—and our team—like family.

In this role, you’ll service, sell, repair, and when needed, install heating and air conditioning systems for both residential and light commercial clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance

  • Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude

  • Use technology (apps, scheduling tools, etc.) to improve efficiency

  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed

  • Follow all safety standards and company procedures

  • Install HVAC systems when necessary
