Job description

The person in this position is responsible for keeping the building in good, working condition and the machinery under their charge in efficient, running order, making repairs as necessary on the following:
Boilers
Boiler room equipment
All refrigeration machines and equipment
Air Compressor
CO2 and equipment
NH3 and equipment
Water Softeners
All heat exchangers and equipment
Steam heat and equipment
HVAC equipment
All pumping equipment to include piping
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
