Primary Care Physician – Internal Medicine / Family Medicine

Location: Norfolk, Virginia
Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday–Friday

Outpatient Primary Care – Adult & Senior Population

A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Bromley, VA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a team-based, value-focused care environment serving adults and seniors.

This role is ideal for physicians who value continuity of care, longer visit times, and thoughtful management of complex patients within a supportive clinical model.


Position Highlights
  • Outpatient primary care only

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities

  • Focus on adult and geriatric patients

  • Team-based care with strong clinical and administrative support

  • Emphasis on quality, outcomes, and preventive care


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and senior patients

  • Manage chronic conditions and preventive health services

  • Build long-term patient relationships

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

  • Practice within established clinical guidelines and quality measures

  • Participate in population health initiatives


Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Eligible for or active Virginia medical license

  • Comfortable caring for older adults with multiple chronic conditions

  • Interest in preventive and value-based care
