Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven, outpatient-only primary care practice serving older adults in Augusta, Georgia.
This role is designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine without burnout, with the time, resources, and team support needed to care for complex patients the right way.
Practice Highlights-
100% outpatient primary care

Monday–Friday schedule | No nights, no weekends, no hospital rounding

Focus on geriatric and Medicare-aged populations

Longer appointment times to support quality care and strong patient relationships

Fully supported by an interdisciplinary care team (RN, MA, care coordination, behavioral health, pharmacy support)
