The AIM-9X Program is seeking an Obsolescence Manager / Program Integrator to support production execution and long-term sustainment of the AIM-9X product line. In this role, you will report to the Production Program Manager and be responsible for identifying, tracking, mitigating, and communicating obsolescence (DMSMS) issues across the program. You will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, program management, and customer teams to maintain system health, ensure timely resolution of obsolescence risks, and support successful production performance. This position requires strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. **This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility. **Relocation available based on eligibility Will You Will Do: * Monitor, assess, and mitigate obsolescence (DMSMS) issues, developing mitigation plans and coordinating with engineering and program leadership
* Evaluate alerts (CROMA, EARNS/GIDEP, supplier) to determine program impacts and align solutions with Electrical and Energetics Leads
* Present mitigation strategies to the PM and CE, including options such as LTBs, redesigns, or alternate components
* Identify obsolescence items requiring elevation to the Program Risk Register and recommend technical solutions to improve system reliability and supportability
* Lead the selection and validation process for replacement or alternate parts and maintain all DMSMS-related databases and documentation
* Coordinate obsolescence tasks with subcontractors, suppliers, and the NAVAIR DMSMS Technical Lead
* Prepare monthly DMSMS Board materials, customer summaries, and program review updates, including DMSMS budget reporting
* Support cross-functional teams in component analysis, BOE development, sustainment/production meetings, Gate reviews, and tracking of DMSMS action items
* Manage the DMSMS budget, ensure funding alignment, and maintain the program Bill of Materials (BOM)
* Provide overall expertise and guidance for all AIM-9X obsolescence management activities What You Will Learn: * Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
* SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables Qualifications You Must Have: * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience
* Prior program and or project management experience
* Prior experience preparing cost proposals, BOEs, or gate packages for management review
* Prior experience with program management tools such as IPDS/RLPM and/or collaboration tools
* Prior experience with one or more of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP/IMS development, or DMSMS/obsolescence management Qualifications We Prefer: * Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to achieve within 6 months
* Experience with government programs and direct customer interaction
* Experience supporting production or sustainment programs
* Experience with DMSMS tools, parts research systems, or configuration management databases
