Lieu de travail : Bureau d'aide juriique de La Sarre, situé au 360, rue Principale

Semaine de travail : 35 heures
Date d’entrée en fonction : Dès que possible

Nature des fonctions :

  • Transcrire, confectionner ou préparer des documents et procédures judiciaires dictées par l’avocat et voir à leur cheminement;
  • Maintenir à jour les dossiers des clients;
  • Vérifier les comptes à payer, huissiers ou autres professionnels;
  • Transmettre aux clients les informations pertinentes à leur dossier;
  • Procéder au traitement des demandes d’aide juridique;
  • Accomplit au besoin toute autre tâche connexe.

Exigences requises :

  • Secondaire 5 complété
  • Expérience pertinente
  • Une bonne maîtrise de la langue français est exigée
  • Connaissances de la suite Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS

Salaire et conditions :

  • Selon la convention collective en vigueur, soit entre 46 110$ et 56 718$ (les échelles salariales seront révisées à la hausse prochainement lors de la signature de la prochaine convention collective)
  • Quatre (4) semaines de vacances par année;
  • Fonds de pension à prestation déterminée (RREGOP);
  • Assurance vie et médicale.
